Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 031_170_PL, 031_171_PL, 031-172_PL, 031_173_PL and 031_000_PL, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the glazing used in the windows hereby permitted shall be 14mm SlimLite, with timber bead fixings, as clarified by agent's email received 17th January 2013. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory, in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
