Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 23rd May 2013
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That insufficient information has been submitted to demonstrate that the proposed development will not adversely harm the mature lime and oak trees. The trees are important landscape features and contribute to the character of the site and the wider landscape of the North Wessex Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposal is therefore contrary to policies CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policy C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
