That the building to which this permission relates shall be used only for purposes of stabling, storage or car-port for the personal enjoyment of the occupants of Ways Farm or for the accommodation of a domestic carer providing care to an occupier of Ways Farm or the accommodation of a family member of the occupiers of Ways Farm and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
