Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001, 2540/001 D, 2540_001 (details), 2540_002 (details) and SEC_001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the rear wall of the main dwelling shall be left as exposed brickwork. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified in the email from the Agent dated 17/12/12 or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. For the sake of clarity, the materials referred to in the Agents email are: - Dunton Handmade Red Facings bricks - Pre-weathered blue grey Rheinzink - Powder coated aluminum in RAL 7015 Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
