The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P13/S0972/DIS

The use hereby permitted shall be for a limited period being the period until the 31 December 2016. At the end of this period the use hereby permitted shall cease and all caravans, mobile homes, buildings, structures, materials and equipment brought on to or ercted on the land, or works undertakken in connectionm with the use shall be permanently removed from the site. Reason : Permission is granted for a temporary period until the council has identified new sites for gypsies and travellers in accordance with policy CSH5 of the Development Plan

That the site shall not be occupied by any persons other than Jamie and Olivia Curtis and their dependant children. Reason: Permission is granted in view of the special circumstances of the Curtis family in accordance with policy H17 of the Development Plan

The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until foul drainage works have been carried out in accordance with details that have been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To prevent pollution in accordance with Policy EP1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, NEW-LOC and NEW1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the site shall only be used for the stationing of one mobile home and one touring caravan. Reason : Permission is granted in view of the special circumstances of the Curtis family in accordance with Policy H17 of the Development Plan.
