Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P13/S1272/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 002 and 003_RevB, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details for the new windows and door at a scale of 1:5 & 1:20 as appropriate which clearly identify each of the different details (frames, pintles, stays and latches) and which openings each type of window is to be installed in. Reason: To safeguard the special character, architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN3 of the Core Strategy 2027.
