Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OP1-001, LOC_001 and BLO_001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the extension of the chimney shall match those on the existing chimney. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
