Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001 and OP1A (Revised Signage Detail), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies CON3, CON7 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The projecting sign hereby approved shall only be erected as a replacement of, and not in addition to, the existing projecting sign
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies AD1, G6, CON3, CON7 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
