Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001A, BLO-001A, 777/10, 777/11, North & East Revision received 7th March 2013 and south elev. and GF floor proposed received 14th February 2013, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the proposed windows and doors, at scale 1:20 and 1:5, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That details of the following works, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a.Repairs to the corner post, including details of the junction with the new extension
b.Details of vents and rainwater goods.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The new roof light shall be conservation style with a central bar and fitted flush with the roof covering.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
