Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 29012/2B, 29012/3 and LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the use hereby permitted shall be confined to storage use, and notwithstanding the provisions of Class B8 set out in the Use Classes Order 2010, or an Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, the building shall not be used for a distribution use without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local plan and to Policy CSR2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That no goods, materials, plant or machinery shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open without the prior grant of planning permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
