That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 253519A, 2535/05, 12030B/103 Sheet 1 of 2, 12030B/103 Sheet 2 of 2, 12030B/102, 253522A, 1230B/101, 12030B/100 Sheet 1 of 4, 12030B/100 Sheet 2 of 4, 12030B/100 Sheet 3 of 4, 12030B/100 Sheet 4 of 4, 2535 10, 2535 08, 2535 07, 2535 16, 2535 17, 2535 21, 2535 20, 2535 09A, 2535/11B, 253518A, 2535 23A, 2535 19A and 2535 22A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P13/S1470/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details and sections through the proposed glazing systems and frames shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The glazing systems and frames shall be inserted as approved and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to Policy CSEN3 of the Draft South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That full details of the proposed roof profile of the grandstand building, insulation and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policies G6, CON7, CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and to Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That prior to its construction, full details of the proposed staircase on the western elevation of the grandstand building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the new barrel vault steelwork on the west elevation of the grandstand building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That prior to the commencement of the works, full details of the proposed guttering, flues and vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
