The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application except as modified by conditions of this permission. The approved plans and particulars comprise: - Application form dated 23/08/2012 - Planning Statement dated August 2012 - Drawing No: DG/AMB/EST/S/01 - Site Location Plan - dated February 2012. - Drawing No: DG/AMB/EST/S/02 - Planning Application and Land Ownership Plan dated April 2012, Reason: To ensure that the development is carried out as proposed. Policy: OMWLP PE18

The use of the land for which this permission relates shall cease by 31 December 2015. No skips or containers shall be stored on site after that date. Reason: To ensure the site is retuned for mineral extraction. Policy: OMWLP PE18

No activities authorised by this permission, including vehicles entering or leaving the site, shall take place except between the following times: 07:00 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays 07:00 to 13:00 Saturdays. No operations shall take place on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays. Reason: To protect the amenities of local residents and visitors to the area Policy: OMWLP PE18

No mud or dust shall be deposited on the public highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety Policy: OMWLP PE18, SOLP T1

Details of the location, height, design, sensors and luminance of external lighting (which shall be designed to minimise the potential nuisance of light spillage on adjoining properties and highways) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority before any external lighting is used on site. Any scheme that is approved shall be implemented for the duration of the development. Reason: To minimise the nuisance and disturbances to neighbours and the surrounding area. Policy: OMWLP PE18

All vehicles, plant and machinery operated within the site shall be fitted with and use effective silencers. Reason: To ensure minimum disturbance from operations and avoidance of nuisance to the local community Policy: OMWLP PE18

No skips, storage containers or other materials or equipment shall be placed within 3 metres of the quarry walls or soil storage bunds. Reason: to ensure the development does not result in biodiversity loss Policy: SEP NRM5

No skip or container shall be stored to height exceeding 5 metres from the quarry floor. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity. Policy: OMWLP W3, SOLP C2

All vehicles entering and leaving the site shall only use the existing access shown in red on approved plan DG/AMB/EST/S/02 dated April 2012. Reason: In the interest of highway safety Policy: SOLP T1
