Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, (10)002C, (D)001E, (10)101B, (1))102B, (D)101G, (D)102E, (D)103B, (10)204C, (10)205C, (10)004B, (D)003, (10)202C, (10)003B, (D)002K, (10)201C, (10)203C, (10)001D, (10)005B, (D)004F, (10)111B and (10)206C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That no demolition shall take place until a contract for the conversion works permitted under reference P12/S2200 has been granted. Reason: To safeguard the character of the conservation area in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
