Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, drwg nos 011 rev A, 012 rev C, 013 rev C, 014 rev C, 015 rev A, 016 rev A and 017, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The tiles to be used to roof the shed building shall be as second hand, hand-made clay tiles, as detailed in the email and photograph submitted as part of the current application, and the timber boarding to the exterior of the shed shall be left to weather naturally. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
