Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
