Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, 1080/A/002, 1080/A/003A and 1080/A/001A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the development hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, C4, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified within the agent's letter dated 8th October 2012 or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, C4, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing hedges along the whole of the east and south boundaries of the land shall be retained and any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed prior to the removal of the development hereby approved shall be replaced. Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, C4, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
