Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TDS 066/SY 1001 and E 19 07 T, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P13/S0112/DIS

On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, the openness of the burgage plots and the setting of nearby listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON5, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The garages must be dismantled with care to ensure that the listed walls are not damaged as a result of the works. Any repairs or reinstatement of the walls shall match the historic construction in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and the setting of nearby listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON5, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
