That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, JKPH/L-1A, JKPH/L.12A, JKPH/L-13A, 10/0519-01 and JKPH/L-14B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S3103/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details for the dormer window in elevation and section at 1:5 and 1:20 as appropriate Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works a specification of the lime plaster shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
