Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2067.SV.02, 2046-SV-01 and 2067-PL-100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the materials to be used for the external roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of the brick and flint walling materials to be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until works are completed, and the panel(s) shall thereafter be removed from the site.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That joinery details of the proposed external doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning authority in writing prior to their installation. Thereafter the doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
