That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, location plan, block plan and Planning sheet 1of 1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The illumination of the header sign shall be restricted to between 11:00am to 11:00pm Mondays to Saturdays, and 12:00 noon to 11:00pm on Sundays and Bank or Statutory Holidays. Reason: To protect the visual amenity of the area in accordance with South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Policies AD1 and EP3.
