That the parking area to serve Old Manor Farm Cottage shall be constructed in accordance with Plan reference 829.19, within 3 months from the date of this decision, and shall be so retained an maintained. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 and Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
