Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S2929/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 031-2-104, 031-2-102, 031-2-101, 031-2-103, 031-2-105, 031-2-106, 031-1-104, 031-1-102, 031-3-102, 031-1-101, 031-3-101, 031-1-103, 031-3-103, 031-1-105, 031-1-106, 031-3-106, 031-1-100 B, 031-03-104A and 031-03-105A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the proposed glazing for all replacement windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
