Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, E001, E031, 030, 031, E010, 010, E012, 012 and E030, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That any demolished material which is not utilised in the new development shall be removed from the land.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
