Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 12-011-P-001A, 12-011-S-001, 12-011-S-002, 12-011-S-003, 12-011-P-002A, 12-011-P-003A, 12-011-P-004A and 12-011-S-004, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of materials for exterior finishes including written specification for lime mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

Prior to the commencement of works a schedule of repairs to the outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good of the retained historic fabric shall match surrounding with regards wo materials, type, colour and texture. Reason: To ensure that the detais of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
