Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P14/S3111/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2406-121, 2406-116, 2406-123, 2406-102, 2406-101, 2406-114, 2406-115, 2406-111, 2406-112, 2406-113, 2406-117, 2406-118, 2406-107, 2406-108, 2406-109, 2406-110, 2406-119, 2406-120, 2406-125, 2406-126, 2406-124 and 2406-100A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of the timber cladding to be used on the external walls, which shall be provided on site. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a structural report (including suggested remedial works where needed) on the following be submitted and approved in writing prior to commencement of any works: a. the cutting of a section of sole plate for door access to the lean to store. b. the condition of the aisle posts. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery and glazing details for the glazed partition screen Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
