Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2406-121, 2406-123, 2406-102, 2406-101, 2406-114, 2406-115, 2406-111, 2406-112, 2406-113, 2406-117, 2406-118, 2406-107, 2406-108, 2406-109, 2406-110, 2406-119, 2406-125, 2406-126, 2406-124, 2406-100A, 2406-116 Rev and 2406-120 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the flue hereby approved shall be powder coated black. Reason: So as to ensure the flue would be in keeping with the grade II listed barn and thus in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
