Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 24, 25, EX.3D View 1, A.EX.2.1, A.EX.2.1, EX.3D View 2, A.EX.2.1, A.PR.2.2, A.PR.2.2, A.PR.2.4, A.EX.1.3, A.EX.2.3, A.EX.3.1, A.EX.2.4, A.PR.1.2, A.PR.1.1, A.PR.4.3, A.PR.1.4, A.EX.3.3, A.EX.3.2, A.EX.3.4, A.EX.4.3, A.EX.4.2 and A.EX.4.1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The new cladding shall be constructed in natural stone of the same colour, type and texture, laid and pointed in the same manner, as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policies D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
