Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 9473/5/01 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding details submitted as part of the listed building consent, the bottom step into the basement is to be constructed in brick matching the sample submitted 20 August 2012, with oak nosing. These works shall be carried out within 3 months of the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of the historic and architectural qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
