Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, HPFH-52, HPFH-54, HPFH-50, HPFH-51a, HPFH-53a and HPFH-55a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the existing brown tiles on the roof shall be retained and mixed with reclaimed tiles to match as necessary as clarified by agent's letter of 26 July, 2012. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies D1 and Con5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
