Sample panels of facing stonework showing the proposed stone to be used, size, coursing and pointing style shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
