Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2645/OS Site Plan, 2645/OS Block Plan, 2645/D02, 2645/P02A, 2645/P01B, 2645/P03A, 2645/P04A, 2645/P05A, 2645/S01A, 2645/S02A and 2645/D01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of development a sample tile to be used for the tile hanging shall be submitted to and approved in writingby the Local Planning Authority unless an alternative material has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the new sash window proposed in the north east elevation shall be obscure glazed at lower level as shown on plan ref 2645/P04A and the lower pane shall be fixed shut.
Reason: To prevent the development from being unneighbourly in accordance with planning policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
