That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 9A, 8A, 7A and BLO-001A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. That prior to the commencement of works, details of the steel railings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Related application(s): P14/S3421/DIS
