Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the demolition hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-002, LOC-001 and BLO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris and shall be made good to match the existing driveway. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the (INSERT) Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
