That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001, EF-001, EF-002, EE-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The owners of the cattery business will ensure all cattery customers who arrive at the application site by private motor vehicle can access the car park area of 1 Oxford Road, Garsington for the purposes of: vehicle parking; manoeuvring motor vehicles; and egressing 1 Oxford Road, Garsington in forward gear. Reason: In the interests of highways safety and in accordance with Policies E5, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and in accordance with Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards).

UNIQUE - Turning Areas and Car Parking The car park area immediately to the north of the dwellinghouse at 1 Oxford Road, Garsington shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles at all times, unless an alternative scheme is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highways safety and to ensure the provision of adequate off-street car parking, in accordance with policies E5, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and in accordance with Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards).

This permission shall inure solely for the benefit of the Mr and Mrs Williams and for no other person or persons and when the site, 1 Oxford Road, Garsington, ceases to be occupied by Mr and Mrs Williams, the use hereby permitted shall cease and all materials and equipment brought onto the premises in connection with the cattery business shall be removed. Reason: To ensure the permission is exercised only by the applicant having regard to the personal circumstances of the case and in accordance with Policies CON7 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The cattery business shall operate only on the basis that: cats are delivered and collected from the application site at a time arranged by prior appointment with the owners of the cattery business; or cats are collected from and returned to customers by the owners of the cattery business. Reason: To ensure the use does not have a detrimental impact on residential amenity and in the interests of highways safety and in accordance with Policies G2, E5, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and in accordance with Appendix 5 (Car Parking Standards).
