Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01(except where amended by drawing CJB-1008669-02), 1008669/LP, PRP_02 and CJB-1008669-02 parapets section, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Samples of the brickwork and a specification for the lime mortar to be used in respect of the works hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A sample panel of the brick and render work shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panel shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A method statement for the repairs to the sash window along with detail of the extent of timber replacement required shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
