Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 12/421/3803/002, 12/421/3803/003 and 12/421/3803/001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire on 31 December 2019 and the building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the external colour of building shall be Moorland Green 12B21 as shown on the colour chart submitted as additional information on 28 June 2012 unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: in the interests of the visual amenity of the site and area in accordance with Policies G6 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
