Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That the hours of use for community purposes use shall be limited to the following times: from 08:30 hours to 19:30 hours - Mondays to Fridays, from 09:30 hours to 16:30 hours ¿ Saturdays, from 10:30 hours to 16:30 hours ¿ Saturdays.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents.
