That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application R3.0071/12 to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 02( location plan),1150.dwg(elevation of cover) accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That the hours of use for community purposes use shall be limited to the following times: from 08:30 hours to 19:30 hours - Mondays to Fridays, from 09:30 hours to 16:30 hours ¿ Saturdays, from 10:30 hours to 16:30 hours ¿ Saturdays. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. Policy: SOLP2011 -CF2

That the approved cover shown in plan 1150.dwg(elevation of cover) shall be drawn at 14:30 on Sundays. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. Policy: SOLP2011 -CF2
