Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OP1-001, LOC-001, JD-001 and JD-002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the information submitted with the listed building application, the sash window labelled number 6 on the photographs accompanying the application shall be retained and repaired as confirmed by letter dated 2 July 2012 from Castle Joinery. Reason: To ensure that the details are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
