Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S2122/DIS, P12/S2226/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC_001, BLO-001A and 2540-001B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S2226/DIS

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Junction details between roof and existing walls b. Plaster / paint system details for rear wall of existing house c. Joinery details for external doors and windows Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works samples / details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
