Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S2177/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1434_010, 1434_011, 1434_012, 1434_020, 1434_002, 1434_021 p3 and 1434_022 p3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved drawings, prior to the installation of the new handrail details of the method of fixing for the handrail shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing netting around the staircase shall be removed within one month following the installation of the new hand rail hereby approved. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
