Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 906/II 1A, SK1, 906/ii SK4 (1) and 906/ii SK4 (2), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, samples of all new bricks and flint to be used in the external construction of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of all external walling materials to be used in the development. This panel should demonstrate the brick bonding, the joint detailing and the final appearance of the mortar. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a specification for a lime mortar to be used in the construction of the wall hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
