Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001 and 1804.G.1 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof together with joinery details at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, a method statement for the protection of the existing boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority. To ensure that the listed boundary wall shall not be adversely affected in accordance with policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
