Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2645 OS Block Plan, 2645 D02, 2645 S02A, 2645 P02A, 2645 S01A, 2645 P01B, 2645 D01, 2645 P04A, 2645 P05A, 2645 OS Site plan and 2645 P03A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the tile to be used for tile hanging shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
