The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Notwithstanding an increase in thickness of the door from 35mm to 45mm, the proposed door shall otherwise match the original door exactly in appearance and materials.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
