Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, ECT_6.9.050, FP0439-018, LOC_001 and 970294_02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a period of 5 years from the date hereof, and the buildings hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
