The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W1615/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans 21061101/2,ES003/2,ES003/3,ES003/1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works, details of the locations of all flue vents and extracts shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good shall match the surrounding with regards to materials, colour, finish and texture. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
