This permission shall expire after a period of five years from the date hereof, and the building, sales car parking and sales path hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. The site shall thereafter be developed in accordance with the approved details for Planning Permission reference P10/W1150/RM dated 4 November 2010. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans 69-1681-NN1-123 Rev B, 69-1681-NN1-119 Rev B, 69-1681-NN1-124 Rev B, SK 254 P1.dwg P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
