That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC_001, BLO_001, EF_002, EE_001, SP_001, PE_001, EF-001A, CMP-001, CMP-002 and SP_002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S0962/DIS
