That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, DRWG NO: A2Q8525/1AP, A2Q-8525-1Ai, A2Q-8525-1A, Roof_glazing_OP1 and Side_glazing_OP2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S0996/DIS

That prior to the commencement of development details of the mortar mix and pointing finish of the plinth shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the development has begun: a. That the timber frame shall be finished in 'Pikes Belly' from the Vale Paint range as confirmed by the Agent's e-mail dated 19 April 2012 or in a colour which shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
