That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001 and Issue _2 (version received 24 April 2012), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S0695/DIS

A sample of the timber cladding to be used and the colour finish shall be submitted to and approved in witing by the local planning authority before developemnt commences. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That joinery details for the windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The outbuilding hereby approved shall at no time be used other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 1 Wallingford Road. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable subdivsion of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy for both dwellings.
